I'll Huff and I'll Puff...

and I'll blow your house down...

Grandma and Grandpa Herring got this great tent playhouse for the girls a couple of Christmas's ago and they still love it! We set it up in the backyard and it kept blowing over (there always seems to be a breeze here). It was quite commical watching the girls chase after the house, but that got very old for them very fast.

The girls had the binoculars and were looking for wildlife. We had a ground hog for a little while (he woke up from hibernation, and once he realized that he had neighbors, he moved on :) We will see deer, skunks (they come into the garage to eat the cat food---that has shocked us a few times :) and several other types of critters the girls love to be on the look out for.

Lucy came up with the great idea of putting the handle bars to the scooters in the loops and it worked beautifully to keep the house secure. They were then able to play for hours in there. In the above picture Lucy is pretending to sleep.

They set up house for real with chairs and a box (we sure did have plenty of boxes for them to use) and had a picnic in there.

I know these posts are so scattered from April until present. I am just about caught up on getting them all done from the time we moved in here, then they will be in order from then on out.
