Bertha Can Of Peaches

On the way to the mission one of the kids in the car was assigning everyone nicknames.  She asked me what I wanted my name to be and I blurted out “Bertha”.  The day we distributed all the peaches they began calling me “Bertha Peaches”.

That’s an empty peach box on D’s head  :)  We emptied lots and lots of those!!

Anyway, at one point one of the kids called me Miss Tracy instead of Stacey, so then I became “Bertha Tracy Peaches”  All the kids were doing this clap, snap, boom thing which was pretty cool and I got goofy (I know, hard to imagine…) and started doing that and rapping “Bertha Tracy Peaches” to it.  While at Six Flags towards the end of our trip Clara was doing the rap and forgot the middle part, so she said “Bertha Can Of Peaches”.

I saw one of the families at the MAC swimming the other day and one of the boys yelled out “Bertha Tracy Peaches” is here!  It was too funny!  So I told him it changed yet again to can of peaches and he thought that was hilarious  :)
