Peter and the Wolf

Gosh, I really need to get better and keeping up with this---several weeks ago now we went to a ballet in the park.  It was a beautiful day and we enjoyed the ballet very much!

Afterward we got to chat with the dancers.

This beautiful bird is a homeschool girl.  I have gotten to talk with her several times at co-op and she is a very impressive young lady!  We are so blessed that there are such great role models for our young girls around here!

The next day we went back for the Arts In The Park event that we really enjoyed as well.  I have to document this as it made us laugh so hard, and we still quote it often!  We were walking Bella around and she was getting lots of attention.  One family was especially taken with how good Bella is!  I told her that she just showed up on our door step and how blessed we are that she just came this good!  The woman said they went to the shelter to get their dog and he is awful!  She prays every day to love the dog.  Then she said “can you believe, we hand picked our heathen!”  The way she said it was hilarious!!
