I Love Eggs….

From my head down to my legs…  :)

This year for our Easter egg decorating extravaganza we choose to go simple and just use markers….  Not the most exciting means of decorating, but we enjoyed it very much!

Yep, that’s our Clara the crazy chick!

I love this picture.  Lucy is hard at work on her masterpiece egg.

This picture and the one below are the same egg Clara did.  She loved this egg so much!  You can’t tell by looking at it (even when being explained by here what everything is) but this is a cow  LOL!!

Clara also did a person.  I love her style, it cracks me up!  She chooses one color and goes with it.  She does this with everything.  We do a state lapbook and they draw out each state and write a few facts (Lucy writes more about each than Clara).  Lucy will pick a different color for each part, where as Clara goes with one color for all of it.  I actually have to hand her different colors just to switch for different states even.

Lucy’s completed person.  We had so much fun with this egg!  LOL

There’s my bunny egg---right before being murdered!  We ran out of eggs and Mike went to the store to get some eggs, and a few other things…well, he managed to come home without the eggs---so we had to break out the artwork eggs and EAT THEM  LOL  They sure were yummy!

The kids were all yelling “murderer” in the background!  In a funny way, not a traumatized, they will need therapy from it, kind of way!
