In The Trees

A couple of weeks ago, as the weather was getting cooler, we decided we just had to take a break from school and head to Forsyth Park!

We noticed right away that the trees there are made for climbing!  The girls immediately began scurrying up (with a boost here and there).

Bella was very patient waiting on the monkeys to get out of the trees.  She was so thrilled to be out for a walk in the middle of the day, and therefore was perfectly content to wait!

I had gone ahead with Bella while the girls were on some swings and that rocky horse thing.  When I turned around to check on them, they were walking towards me holding hands and busily chatting.  It about brought tears to my eyes!

Bella found a great spot---in the shade to hang out while the girls played on the dragon fly!

Right after this we heard a voice calling out to us, which is still a bit weird to us after having total anonymity for years in other states.  It was Cheryl, who had come to the park to eat her lunch!
