We have a membership to the zoo and apparently for those with memberships to local museums, they offer free days to all the local museums. This was that day, and we were excited about checking a new place out for free :) We decided to go to the Museum of Flight as they have a big exhibit there on the Wright Brothers since it is almost the anniversary of their first flight (in August).
Above, Mike was excited to see a Army Huey as they always bring back lots of memories for him---and quite frankly without that start he wouldn't be where he is today---so we are all appreciative and very proud of him!! :)
Here is a replica of the first "plane". I give them a ton of credit for laying themselves down on this thing to go air borne!! Holy cow, that would scare the crud out of me!!!
