Guitar Hero

On Monday Lucy started guitar lessons. She got the guitar for a Christmas gift last year and we got DVD lessons, but since Mike and I don't play we couldn't figure it out very well, so this year she got real lessons :)



We are very excited about her teacher, he seems really awesome and came highly recommended. Lucy seemed to really take to it quickly too.

Now if we can just get Lucy to practice through the pain... her finger tips will toughen up, but it takes time. A friend told us about something we can get to help with that and we may well have to do that. Lucy loves to play and she has been enjoying practice and cant' wait to go back to another lesson. We are very proud of her and can't wait for next Christmas when she will play Christmas songs on her guitar for us to play along to :)
