Waiting For Santa

We found this place last year which is a real hunter/fisherman type of place. They have a shop attached that is very girly too---so they appeal to both sexes, which is very smart. Every year they have Santa come and pose for pictures by their beautiful rustic fireplace and they have it decorated so beautifully. We went there this weekend just to find out when Santa was going to be there, and as it turned out he was there that night. He will not be returning either, so we really lucked out ;)


I guess because this was the only visit, the place was packed!! We had to wait for an hour. At least they take your name and you can browse the store while you wait, but after a while there is only so much hunting and fishing stuff you can look at :) The girls enjoy it well enough thankfully, however, Clara was NOT in the mood for getting her picture taken (fortunately she was all smiles with Santa), but I couldn't get her beforehand at all.

There is Lucy and Daddy (Clara is hiding behind Daddy so she wouldn't get in the picture) checking it out upstairs. There was a great view from up there of Santa and the pictures being taken. I can't wait to get the CD back next week with all the pictures on there. They did a nice job and I really think this guy was the real Santa :) He sure looked like it :)
