I need to get a picture of Mike with his new friend---the grill! He is so happy with our new purchase :) We have used it several times now and we are very pleased and look forward to many more cook outs :) We have a good story about Gods blessing through that grill too which is super cool!! Usually they cost more to get them assembled, but they had several already done and offered that to us at no extra charge. We thought for sure we could fit it in the van, but we were wrong. So, we were standing outside trying to figure out what to do since it was obviously not going to fit. They wanted $59 to deliver it and we are only 2 miles away---we just couldn't do that. I had visions race through my head of rolling the thing home :) (We drove a tractor home when we lived in Douglas GA, and it is still a favorite video of mine to watch).Anyway, a man came with a truck and offered to bring our new purchase home. I was prayerful about this, but felt great peace and knew this man was sent by God. Sure enough, he was telling Mike about how he had a small truck and he told God that if he was ever blessed with a big truck he would use it to bless His people when possible. He said he was driving through the parking lot and he felt God led him right to us. It was so cool, and we are so grateful!!

Mike and I did get out without kids to see a movie and that was a nice treat!! The movie wasn't that great, but just being out without kids on a date was worth it. I can't even remember the name of the movie---it has Ben Stiller, and normally we love him---not the best movie though :( We had neighbors bring us a cake and it was a super 12 year anniversary!! It is fun to go back and reflect every year and we are so thankful at how very blessed we truly, truly are!!
Funny story---I have told you all about the skunk family that comes to eat here at night. They are so darn cute, but if we forget to close the garage door then there are certain times we just can't go in the garage. Well, we have a spare frig in there and Mike was going out to get the milk (we go though milk like crazy). He didn't realize the skunk was here when he ventured out there and realized it when he was within inches of his butt end. Mike turned to run back into the house and misjudged the door and rammed his knee smack into the door jam. It was so loud!!! He flopped into the house and was rolling around on the floor yelling about the skunks. I so wish I had that on video (sorry honey, I know you weren't seeing the humor then, but it was funny). His knee swelled up and he is still taking Advil for it, but it is healing well, but the door jam is dented!! The skunk never did spray---but I have already told God that I want a slow motion replay of that one in heaven when we are watching it there :) A few days later, and it is safe to say that Mike does now see the humor and can laugh about it :)
