We went to the pool this morning and brought Sara Jane along as well. The girls had a great time and I allowed Clara to take off her floaty for the last 30 min or so and the child was swimming under water like a fish!!! She just figured out on Friday that it isn't scary to put your head under water and now I cant' keep her up out from being under water. So much so she made herself throw up because she wasn't taking adequate breathes. I told another woman there, if she has that level of determination with school too I have it made!!! Well while I was watching in amazement as my 3 year old was swimming circles around me, she popped up and said she needed her "swim license". I have no idea where this came from, but she was pretty determined that today was the day to get that and she needed to be ready.
After we came home the girls had lunch. They were STARVING (little girls are so dramatic :)
Then they made "swim licenses". Sara wasn't interested in this :) My girls were all about it though, so I will just have to keep these in the pool bag and if we are ever asked for their "swim licenses" we will be ready :)

That is too precious! (ummmm....the swim license, not the throwing up. hee hee) My girls have just figured out this summer that it is okay to put your head under water, too! And I am AMAZED Kate hasn't thrown up yet! :)

Kids are so funny! Our laptop died and I lost your email address. Can you email me when you get a minute - we will be at Mom and Dads in September and Brian is able to hook the computer up if we decide to do it!
