We had our lunch at the waterfall which was an adventure in and of itself :) We were definitely hungry by the time we got there, so in that regard it was good we lugged it all that way.
Clara has always shoved food into her mouth until she can fit no more. I don't understand why she does this, but has ever since she was a baby. In the picture above her mouth is FULL of grapes. I said "you don't need to put so many in your mouth." so she was trying to look like she didn't have that many in there. There has to be at least 8 grapes in her mouth. What a goof!!
Lucy chose to eat her sandwich with her butt in the water. She was very proud of herself that she was eating with her butt in the water. Both of our kids are goofs!! Lucy did manage to catch a fish with her butt and that was too funny. She stood up and felt something in her bathing suit and it was a little fish. That little fish had a story to tell the rest of his family when he got home :)
What a face Lucy!! Priceless!
Clara is trying to eat and still play which is not easy to do in a river. She managed to get her whole sandwich down (as well as a ton of grapes) but it was not easy to keep her from the river while eating :)
