Oompa Lompas...

There is still an empty lot next to us and it is nothing but red clay. The kids absolutely love to go and play in that, and when they come back they are orange!! We call them Oompa Lompas when they come back looking like this. We will put them in the tub and then the whole tub will turn orange. Bubbles in the tub get a layer of clay on top of them and it is so gross!! They have to take two baths to get clean, so we have learned to shove them straight into the shower. Clara was still a bit afraid of the shower, but she had to get over that (and she did)!

I do wish this picture showed it better, but these kids are FILTHY, and proud of it!!!

Well they are children only ONCE in this life so they are having a fun time. I bet they will remember this too. Fun times are the times that we remember the most. Glad to have you in the blogging world. Sandy
