Ding! Ding!

At this neighborhood party there was a rock climbing wall. Lucy tried this several times and each time would get a little higher and a little higher.

The first time she wouldn't go any higher than this, she was skeptical that she wouldn't plummet to the ground.

Man, she is really getting up there now! She would take breaks to rest her hands and then move onward. She kept saying she couldn't go any further, but she would press on!

She made it all the way to the top!!!! She got to ring the bell and everyone cheered and clapped! We were very proud of her determination and perseverance!

No one was prouder of her than she was though :) Way to go Lucy!!!
