I can not believe that Clara is almost 9—and this time next year we will be looking at leaving single digits!!
Clara always has to be figuring something out. She has figured out how to scale a doorway, and we often find her just hanging out…
Clara is LOUD!! She does not possess the “inside voice” I hear others talk about! If I do manage to get her to speak softly, it quickly gains in volume until you once again have to say “softer!!” I was all the way in the ready room when I heard her scream as though a serial killer had broken in and was going to chop her up with a chainsaw!! I knew this sound of absolute terror could only mean one thing—there’s a big bug! Sure enough, there was—a HUGE Wofly. This picture doesn’t do it justice—that sucker was menacing! Not scream like you’re being killed scary—but you definitely didn’t want to lose sight of it and know it was just lurking somewhere in the house!
In WalMart, Clara walked right into this display of toilet paper---knocking them all down! She had to restack them, and wouldn’t turn for the picture :)
Twin day at co-op.
Esther LOVES Clara!! I mean LOVES her so much!! She is an odd little cat. Cute as can be, but odd! Perfect for Clara! She will get in this bag and Clara can carry her anywhere and she is perfectly happy!
Clara is working on her school work, and Esther is close by—in the bag.
Esther makes the bag look so comfy, the boys will often try to get in it, but they are significantly larger than she is—doesn’t stop them though…
Esther does what we call “waterfalls”. She gets lovey and wants to rub all over your face and gets so excited about sniffing your nose that she drools. It’s really gross, and yet sweet, but mainly gross :)
