And So It Goes

The Fluffy and Niko saga goes something like this…

Someone opens the door and Fluffy makes a break for it.  He is thinking—FREEDOM from kittens!!!  YAY!  Only, once outside he realizes that Niko is visiting (as usual).  This makes him stop dead in his tracks!  Niko on the other hand gets quite excited, puts his front end down and is ready to play!  Fluffy, however, doesn’t see it that way at all—he sees “I’m now in position to eat you!!” or something to that effect.  There is usually hissing, some wild paw/claw flailing and he usually then turns to run right back inside—to his kitten filled safe house!

Sometimes though, it seems safer to climb the nearest tree!  That was the case this morning.

Yeah, those branches look like they will support him just fine!

Clara was trying to talk him down—but notice in the corner of the shot—there’s Niko!

Now Niko is with Clara trying to talk Fluffy down  LOL

I had Clara run across the front yard to play with Niko and lure him away.  Then Daddy came to the rescue.  Fluffy came right down into Daddy’s arms  :)  I so love that cat!!

Niko couldn’t be fooled for long though!  Hissing from Daddy’s arms!!

Fluffy is safe inside, and Niko is sad :(
