Fear The Beard

For Mike’s birthday we went to Duck Commander to get him a t-shirt.  We have been meaning to go, so this was the perfect time  :)

They had just got these beard/bandana’s in and had to show them off on the deer head—that is just too funny!  And by the way, Willie DOES wear the bandana all the time—if you see him at church, the store, etc—it is always there!  Phil has one on most always.  Jase always has on his hat, with sunglasses on top.  They didn’t have those offerings though—just the Willie get up  :)  I figure this will be quite popular for Halloween  LOL!

That is the worlds largest duck call they made for one of the episodes.  Yep, it’s big!

 

We had to laugh about this one—I got a shot of the girls with Phil’s truck (we were parked right next to it).  We see it every Wed and Sun at church, but when acting like tourists you may as well do it up right!

The RV.  Ok, right after we left their new truck came in.  A huge 18 wheeler, totally decked out.  We just missed it though, so we will have to go again (not like it’s out of the way or anything—on the show they make it look like it is way out in the middle of no where---but that is not the case—it is right off Thomas Rd.).

Mike got his t-shirt.  They are still filming around here, and will be until mid Nov.  The family is doing a ton of traveling to promote the show, but they are still always at church.  They truly are a family who has their priorities set in stone!!  The second season begins Oct. 10th!
