We have been so busy settling into our new digs here in LA---but we decided that for Father's Day we would do no work :) We are about 90 % done, and to be honest, I have run out of steam and motivation at this point anyway...
The girls and I did make Daddy a shirt as we usually do. This years was a butterfly using hands and fingerprints. The girls did a great job and Daddy was thrilled! Mike also got a new watch since his bit the dust and he is lost without it :)

Mike had been wanting to go to Shreveport, LA, and so that is exactly what we did. We had heard great things about the "boardwalk" there. Other than it being over 100 degrees out, it was a nice time checking out all the shopping and attractions.
To beat the heat we decided to see a movie---Mr. Poppers Penguins, which was cute!
I am so thankful for Mike and his role as father as I know there is none better than he!! Our girls are so blessed to have him as their father! We love you Daddy!
