I've been thinking these up for a while and it is time to get some down in writing :)
...If you find the remains of an animal on your floor (thrown up or discarded from your hunter cat) and your 5 year old runs to get the science kit to study the parts! She was super excited yelling out "Let's insect it!" (she meant dissect it LOL). I explained that it was already dissected thanks to Fluffy. We did get to see intestines and a heart. When the other half of the mouse was found in the garage they were eager and excited to see what parts they could identify :)
