Lucy's favorite game is chess! We were looking at housing developments online in Texas a while back and they had an aerial shot of the neighborhood amenities in this one VERY expensive neighborhood and we saw a mega chess set up. I showed Lucy and she has wanted to move to Texas ever since :) We keep telling her there is no way we could afford that neighborhood LOL.
When we were at the VA resort we were walking around checking the place out and around the back of the rec center we were greeted by a beautiful Mega Chess all set up and ready to play!! We all got so excited---none quite as excited as Lucy though :)
Clara thought it was the coolest thing ever that the pieces were her size :)

When Clara had decided it was boring playing, she discovered the joy of moving and playing with all the pieces that were out :)
