Cake Challenge, Here We Come :)

We love to watch those shows on Food Network where they make cakes (Ace of Cakes), or compete such as Challenge and the girls were feeling up to the challenge of decorating Daddy's birthday cake by themselves. We left them alone with white frosting, food coloring and the cake and this is what they came up with :) Now due to my bad camera skills, and certainly not the skill level of the decorating, I will describe what you are looking at there----it is a mustang car with flames on it. It would be a red car, but the red came out pink, but otherwise it is ready to drive right off the cake :)

We didn't get a chance to make it until a few days after his birthday, so we took the cake to Atlanta to have at my sister's house with her family too. Addie was NOT going to let us forget that there was cake there, and it was about to drive her nuts that Mike wasn't there and we kept saying we needed him there to eat his cake. We finally did cut and start it without him there (sorry hon) or it would have been mutiny!! :)
