Valentine's Day On Crutches :)

We went to Rutherfordton for a bonfire they town was putting on and the kids were going to KidSense and Mommy and Daddy were going to get to leave them there and go watch old movies and stroll around the town. We were all really looking forward to it, but when we got there we found out the fire marshall had put a stop to the whole thing. We had registered, but no one let us know. I was able to meet the owner/director of KidSense and he felt bad and offered to open it up for the girls to play---but what fun would that be without other kids there too, so we thanked him but said no. He then gave us two passes for the 4 of us to go for free---so that was good and we are looking forward to using that :)
We had a nice dinner. The waitress totally joined us and she was a pleasure to talk to. Then we went to an ice cream shop and strolled around Forest City a little bit. We had a really good time and it was a good lesson for the girls on being flexible :)
Lucy can be quite dangerous with the crutches :) She gets around so well it really is amazing!
