Live Ops

I have been really busy and not posting as much as usual... I started working for Live Ops and it is going really well! I was nervous at first, but once I had that first call taken and knew how the screen pops work and scripts flow I felt better about it. I need 30 calls to graduated, and i have 14 done so far :) I have actually earned money!!! How exciting is that!!! The first night I worked for about 3 1/2 hours and I was tired last night, so I only worked for 1 1/2 hours, but I love that I have the flexibility. Once I graduate though I will have to commit to time to be available, and the more commits you fulfill the more calls you will get when you are available.

I did get nervous last night as Clara was up until after midnight and I was afraid she was going to call down or do something that could be heard. We need to get doors on this office and we have been discussing ways to go about that. We think we have it figured out, but now we have to find the time and money to do so :) Thank God Mike is handy!! The only time Clara yelled down was when the phone was ringing---"Mommy, your phone is ringing!" I sometimes have to let it ring up to 3 times to give the script time to pop on the screen so I know what they are calling to order. It was funny. I did talk to her and tell her that it was ok, that Mommy knew that and she didn't have to tell me anymore :)

I am in that stage of excitement with this job and I am actually looking forward to working again tonight :) I'm sure that will wear off, but I will take that for as long as I can :) It is cool too because of the prayer opportunities this job provides me, which gets me excited! I can pray for these people when I hang up---from all over the country and know some specifics even to pray for them about. I know God will use that and I don't doubt that is part of my mission through this---God is so cool how He comes up with win, win, wins!!! Love it!!
