Fun at Co-Op

We had a good time yet again at co-op! I am with Clara for 2 of 3 classes. I don't get to take too many pictures during the class that I teach. I have been asked to be the unofficial photographer for the co-op so I am going to try to take as many pictures as I can and I will sneak out of the classes I am not teaching to get pictures of them. They know I have my camera, so Lucy was able to come snag my camera from me and get some good pictures of her class---so between the two of us, we will get great shots :) I will not be posting all of them here, but will be putting a lot on the co-op blog (Legacy) if you are interested in seeing them all go there...

There is Clara playing Duck, Duck, Goose. The kids really enjoyed this game.
During some free time play they all headed right for the kitchen. The big fun today was getting into the frig there. The bigger boy in our class loves to play with Clara because he can be rough with her and she is fine with that. We always have joked saying Clara is the closest we will get to a boy, and it is sure still the case. He is 5 and she is only 3 and she can hold her own. You go girl!!
This is Selena, she is so sweet! We did find out though that playing Duck, Duck Goose with her is probably not the best thing to do, as she has Downs Syndrome and didn't understand that when we were finished it wasn't right to hit everyone on the head---hard! We all sat down for snack time and they had Goldfish crackers. Hard to tell here, but Selena has put them all in her mouth. Clara was sitting next to her and when Selena finished her crackers she started going after Clara's. Clara very willingly started giving her the crackers and as she was placing them on her napkin she said "I am sharing, so you can't hit me." I laughed so hard. It was like she was bribing her or something.
In Zoology they were making clay animals. Lucy made a wolf and it came out awesome. Mrs. Kathy got the camera and got some great shots of their class. Lucy is really working that clay isn't she :)
