Rome Wasn't Built In A Day...

And neither was our swing set :)

Mike did such a great job--but it was time consuming. Lucy and Clara were big helpers and it was a great learning experience for them on building. Lucy would get up early to go out and help Daddy and Clara just kept asking "Is it done yet?"

Getting the railing up became a greater priority :) The girls had so much fun with it at every stage of completion.

Lucy truly was a big help! It was a great thing to do with her Daddy!

If you look closely, you can see that Clara is holding one of our cats, Mouse, in her arms on the swing. Yes, she is in fact swinging with him. Mouse was not overly thrilled with this as you could imagine :) Right after this picture snapped, both Clara and Mouse fell backwards off the swing and it was so funny!! Lucy and I were cracking up. Clara went after Mouse to do it again, but he is faster than she is :)
